The origins of the Company can be traced back to one of the original manufactures of the product as it is known today in Western Australia.
PRODUCT PROFILE
Shade & Sail manufactures Shade Structures which are produced for both the domestic and commercial market. These products are designed to become the leader in a highly competitive market. All product is design engineered ( certified by a practicing WA engineer ) to ensure stringent standards are met. The Companies factory has the capability of most levels of steel fabrication and also has the required computer software to design and manufacture all its own cloth canopies using the very best of available materials.
A Shade Covering provides protection from the sun and looks great in most outdoor areas - covering pools, barbeques, patio areas and spa’s. In fact we can place a covering in any area that shade is required.
And they’re ideal for use in public outdoor areas - at shopping centres, car yards, community centres, child care centres, schools, outdoor playgrounds / activity areas and sporting venues.
To achieve our goal of becoming the market leader, only the highest grade materials are used in the construction of our SunSails and SunShades. Premium high grade quality cloth is used for the canopy. This shadecloth fabric provides up to 95% UV protection whilst having the capacity to breathe to allow hot air to flow out.
Of equal importance is the high quality of the supporting poles and fixing materials used. All steel components, once worked into their appropriate design, are Hot Dip Galvanised and then powder coated in the colour of your choice.
All fixings used are marine grade stainless steel and once constructed your shade will require no maintenance. All Shade & Sail products carry a comprehensive workmanship Warranty.
SSI also manufacture a tremendous 5 metre diameter octagonal cantilever shade umbrella which revolves a full 360 degrees. The umbrella can be simply opened and closed and is easily operated by one person. The revolving umbrella is particularly suited to poolside, spa & outdoor entertaining areas and is available in an extensive range of colours.
